We all do it right? Go to a restaurant and check out what everyone else is eating before you decide what you’re going to eat ourselves? I mean, who needs a menu when the food is already being walked right past your table. The trouble with this technique, of course, is that when it comes time to eat it, you might know what you want, but you don’t know the name of it.
Thankfully, the wonderful staff at Kitsch were only too happy to help. (I have a feeling I wasn’t the first diner to do this.) But it was absolutely worth the effort. The food was beautiful. Such a wonderful mix of flavours, all skilfully matched so that everything was just right. And don’t even get me started on the cocktail list. Suffice to say, I saw what I wanted to drink on someone else’s table as well!
